LYNN MURPHY,
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
(PNP)
Beginning in 1987 in
Amherst, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude
from the School of Nursing , Lynn joined the US Air Force and
served in the Pediatric Unit of the Medical Center at Travis
AFB in California. Lynn’s Air Force Service has also included
work in OB/GYN in the US as well as overseas. She earned her
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree in 1998, and served in
clinics in North Carolina, Nebraska, and finally at Davis-Monthan
here in Tucson. She retired as a Lt. Col. in 2009.
She has received many awards
during her years of service including the 2005 and 2006 Air Combat
Command’s “Primary Care Optimization Team of the Year” designation.
In 2005 she was also awarded Tucson’s “Fabulous 50” Nurse Award.
Lynn is
married with children in the local schools, and her hobbies include
humanitarian work in Peru and Guatemala. |

PATRICIA HUNTER,
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Patti earned her Bachelor
of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Minnesota in
1980, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Clinical Research from
University of Minnesota in 1990, and her Family Nurse
Practitioner degree from University of Colorado, Denver in
1998. She has worked in Colorado as a FNP, as well as in
Arizona at Planned Parenthood, and as a Clinical Assistant
Professor at the U of A College of Nursing.
She is
married to an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in Sports Medicine,
and has children who are students in the Tucson area. |

JIMMIE MCCRAW,
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Jimmie completed her
Associate Degree in Nursing at the University of Arkansas in
1977, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the U of A in
1989, and the Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse
Practitioner degree in 1994 at the University of Nevada all with
high honors. She has worked at University Medical Center in
Pediatric Intensive Care as well as for Carondelet Health Care
Corporation, Benson Hospital Emergency Room, and formed her own
private practice in Benson between 2001 and 2002.
She is
married and enjoys gardening and owning a ranch outside of Benson. |

JESSICA SANTOS,
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Graduating from U of A with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
degree in 2004 and her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family
Nurse Practitioner in 2006 with honors, Jessica has worked in
the postpartum/newborn nursery at Tucson Medical Center, as well
as in family practice and urgent care. She is married with
small children, and speaks some Spanish. |

Brendyn Thé,
Family Nurse
Practitioner (FNP)
Brendyn Thé, FNP.,
completed her Bachelor of Science degree
at Santa Clara University with a major in Psychology and a
Spanish minor. She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (RN) and completed her
Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
at the University of Arizona’s
College of Nursing in Tucson.
She
has previous experience in an urgent care facility, as well as
having worked at a larger pediatric practice and at Tucson
Medical Center Hospital. Brendyn began seeing patients with Dr.
Goodsite in the fall of 2007. Her special areas of interest and
advanced research are childhood obesity and community
intervention in teen pregnancy issues. She grew up in Tucson, is
married and has one child. |
